Processing time

Our Orders are bespoke and are handled with Love, as a small business we require a longer processing time.

Please bear with us as we fulfil your orders:

individual bundles/closures/frontals: 7-10 working days

Wigs : 10-14 working days

All orders will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched = within 5 working days

All orders can be tracked but will need to be signed for.

Failure to sign for parcel will result in it being taken to your local depot collection centre.

What do I do if I miss my delivery?

If this happens please check opening times and show up with Photograhic Identication i.e Passport or Driving License with the Royal mail We miss you Card!

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes, Once you have been provided with the tracking number, you can either inform Royal Mail of a safe space to sort your parcel or Book for redelivery on an alternative date.

Royal Mail 1st class signed for (2-5 working days)

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery ( 1 working day)

• 12 Working Days (with wig making service)

Europe Delivery:

•  15 Working Days 

  12 Working Days (with wig making service)  

International/Worldwide:

•  15 Working Days

• 20 Working Days ( wig making service)
