Processing Times
All orders are bespoke. Please allow:

• Bundles/closures/frontals: 7–10 working days

• Wigs: 10–14 working days

All orders will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: 2–5 working days

• Royal Mail Next Day: 1 working day

Europe: 15 working days (12 with wig service)
International: 15–20 working days depending on service

Missed Deliveries

• Check your Royal Mail “We Missed You” card

• Reschedule via Royal Mail website

• Bring valid photo ID if collecting from depot
