Return policy.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
Email support@fashionsfaith.co.uk to cancel. If goods have already been dispatched, follow the Returns procedure.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• Refunds are not available for used hair extensions or customised items

• Exchanges/credit allowed if items are unused, in original packaging, and resalable

• Include all accessories/free gifts

3. Faulty Items

• Report within 30 days

• Return within 7 days of reporting

• Refund/exchange only if fault is verified

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to original payment method.

5. Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless item was faulty

• Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage
